IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA rollover, or qualified charitable distribution (QCD), allows people age 70½ and older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA.

Charitable Gift Annuity

A charitable gift annuity is a great way you can make a gift to our organization and benefit. You transfer your cash or property to our organization and we promise to make fixed payments to you for life at a rate based on your age.

Charitable Remainder Unitrust

You transfer your cash or appreciated property to fund a charitable remainder unitrust. The trust sells your property tax-free and provides you with income for life or a term of years.

Donor Advised Fund

With a Donor Advised Fund, you can make gifts to charity during your lifetime, and when you pass away, your children can carry on your legacy of giving.

Charitable Lead Trust

You fund a trust that makes gifts to us for a number of years. Your family receives the trust remainder at substantial tax savings.
